When I click on anything in the app the screen goes completely black. I have done a force stop and also uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I even went as far as to restart our router and my phone. There is a limited time on some of the monthly events (that I actually paid for) and I am unable to do anything in the game. I am really frustrated because other family members in the house are not having any issues and one of them has the same phone as me.

As immersive as you allow it to be. The framework of the game is very outdated, but it gets the job done. Still a lot to be desired (better achievement system would be a great start), but I'm afraid a new game would have to be created to get a much better experience. Addictive, gets you out, gets you walking/running, and there are people playing it almost everywhere if you want to socialize. Amazing game.

Please fix the lags that are happening since the latest update. The app continually crashes, freezes, lags, and is generally unstable since the biomes were released. Pretty much every aspect of the game has been affected; catching, trading, opening/sending gifts, raiding, GBL... it's all unstable and it's making it less fun to play. Less fun for players means less playing - which equate to less money for y'all.
